In this course educators will learn the skills necessary to teach and manage an online or blended course. Educators will develop skills that will allow them to aid students in meeting the new MMC Online Experience requirement. Netiquette, building online community, communicating effectively and management of student dynamics will be explored. The content is applicable for either teaching totally online or creating a blended course . Educators will be taught by experienced online instructors who will model for them best practices while exploring online teaching topics.
