Fit Click Website Assignment

  1. Go to the website:  Sign up and create an account.
  2. In the “My Tools” tab, calculate your BMI and the rating (healthy, overweight, etc…).  Do you think this is accurate for you?  Why or why not?
  3. In the “Workout and Fitness” tab, choose a workout that interests you.  Complete the workout and reflect on the workout.  Rate below using a 1-10 scale (1 being easiest, 10 being hardest)
