Choose My Plate Basics            

  1. On the tool bar to the far left, click on “MyPlate”.
  2. Go to each food group separately (fruits, vegetables, grains, protein foods, dairy, oils) and answer the questions on Moodle:
  • What foods are in the food group?
  • How much is needed?
  • List the 3 health benefits.
  • What are the main nutrients in this group?
